Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a therapeutic technique developed by David Grand, PhD. It is a brain based method that focuses on identifying and processing trauma, emotional pain, and other psychological barriers. This approach leverages the connection between where people look and how they process emotions in the brain. The technique is rooted in the brain’s ability to heal itself when provided with the appropriate tools and guidance.

I specialize in helping people unlock their potential and heal from emotional blocks. This neurobiologically based approach enables clients to process unresolved trauma, reduce anxiety, and achieve emotional clarity. This is a client-centered and supportive approach to my work, guiding individuals through life transitions.
